Thank you for your continuous support in using Mitsubishi Electric FA (Factory Automation) products.

Mitsubishi Electric has been serving FA customers in Malaysia for more than 30 years. Over the years, we were able to build a strong trust with customer and partners through the high quality of our products.

However, recently, we have encountered cases where our customers were troubled by low quality FA product. Upon further investigation, these were low quality counterfeit products sold by parallel importers.

As these products were not made by us, Mitsubishi Electric is unable to guarantee for the quality of these products. We are also unable to provide technical support on these counterfeit products and, unfortunately, unable to help our customers solve their problem.

To prevent this unfortunate situation from happening, we would like to urge you to purchase your Mitsubishi Electric FA items through our official sales channels. Please kindly find an updated list of authorized partners in Malaysia for your kind reference.
