Mitsubishi Electric Sales Malaysia (MESM) proudly participated in AUTOMEX 2026, held from 20–23 May 2026 at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre. The event provided an opportunity to showcase our latest Factory Automation (FA) technologies while engaging with industry professionals, partners, and customers. We would like to thank everyone who visited the Mitsubishi Electric booth at AUTOMEX 2026. Our booth featured 11 demonstration systems, highlighting Mitsubishi Electric’s latest innovations in automation, precision control, and smart manufacturing solutions.
🏗️ Demo Kit 1 – Gantry System
Visitors experienced the power of Mitsubishi Electric’s servo technology through a high-speed gantry system integrated with vision inspection capabilities. A hands-on programming activity using SWM-G software and MR-J5 servo allowed participants to try motion control for themselves, with a gift for every successful attempt.

The latest HMI GOT3000 demonstrated smarter and safer operations through camera integration, large screen display connectivity, and remote monitoring via GOT Mobile, offering a glimpse into the future of machine visualization.
🔗 Demo Kit 3 - Seamless OT Data Connectivity to Real-Time Visualization
Developed together with our partner, Takebishi, this demonstration showcased how DeviceXPlorer OPC Server and Mitsubishi Electric’s SCADA System (Genesis 64) enable seamless communication between different brands of equipment and systems, helping manufacturers unlock greater connectivity and data visibility.
🤖 Demo Kit 4 - Advance Robotic Tool Handling System
Featuring the RV-4FR Industrial Robot and KOSMEK Tool Changer, this exhibit demonstrated how robots can quickly switch tools to perform different tasks, improving flexibility and productivity on the factory floor.
🌐 Demo Kit 5 - 3D Simulator for Manufacturing Transformation
Visitors explored how GEMINI Simulation Software helps manufacturers visualize production lines before implementation, enabling smarter planning, optimized workflows, and reduced project risks through 3D digital simulation. This will allow better understanding of space usage and highlighting possible problems (such as colliding robots or equipment).
⚙️Demo Kit 6 - Motion Controller Showcase
The next-generation MX Controller, MX-F EC and MR-J5 Servo system demonstrated precise and synchronized motion control, highlighting Mitsubishi Electric’s capabilities in advanced machine automation. This new MX-F EC is specifically designed for EtherCat users.
🏢 Demo Kit 7 - Building Management System (BMS)
Featuring the Diamond Controller BMS, this demonstration showcased how Mitsubishi Electric solutions can bring together building systems such as air conditioning, energy monitoring, and inverters into a centralized platform for smarter building management.
📊 Demo Kit 8 - Robot Condition Monitoring
This demonstration showcased how Mitsubishi Electric’s GENESIS64 SCADA platform can provide real-time visualization of industrial robot operations. Visitors explored how robot status and performance data can be monitored through an intuitive interface, helping manufacturers gain better visibility into their automation systems and support more informed operational decisions.
⚡Demo Kit 9 - Energy Monitoring System
Featuring GENESIS64 SCADA Software and Mitsubishi Electric energy monitoring devices, including the ME96 power meter, this demonstration showcased how manufacturers can gain real-time visibility into their energy consumption. By combining intelligent monitoring hardware with advanced visualization software, visitors explored how energy data can be transformed into actionable insights, helping factories improve efficiency, optimize operations, and support sustainability initiatives.
🏀 Demo Kit 10 - Robot Basketball Game
One of the crowd favourites, this interactive challenge invited visitors to test their basketball skills within a time limit against a Mitsubishi Electric Industrial 6-axis Robot, showcasing the robot’s speed, precision, and repeatability in a fun and memorable way.
🎮 Demo Kit 11 - Game Kiosk
Combining the HMI GOT3000, GOT Mobile, and FX Series PLC, this interactive gaming station invited visitors to compete against booth staff or colleagues in a fun and engaging challenge. Beyond the game, the demonstration highlighted Mitsubishi Electric’s remote monitoring and control capabilities, showcasing how operators can access and manage machine information anytime, anywhere through GOT Mobile.
