Successful Seminar on 26th November 2024 : Mitsubishi Electric's Industrial Solutions Seminar (Penang)
On 26th November 2024, Mitsubishi Electric successfully hosted a seminar at Iconic Hotel, Penang, focused on automation and solutions for the semiconductor industry. The event brought together R&D specialists, production engineers, and industry leaders to explore advancements in Factory Automation (FA), CC-Link IE TSN technology, and innovative industrial solutions. The seminar included a collaboration with Intel, highlighting joint efforts to present advanced technological solutions to semiconductor machine makers and production teams.

Key topics included: Applications of Mitsubishi Electric Servo in Semiconductor Machines Applications of PC-Based Motion Control SWM-G in the Semiconductor Industry Introduction of Modular PLC For Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Industry Enhancing CC-Link IE TSN, Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) Enabling Converged, Secure Network by INTEL Application of Centralized Air-Condition Two demo kits were on display during the seminar, providing live demonstrations and offering a closer look at Mitsubishi Electric’s latest solutions and their applications within the semiconductor industry. In addition, Ethernet-compatible components were also showcased.
Furthermore, the KISMEC training partner booth was part of the display, emphasizing collaboration and skills development opportunity in various industries.
